Note: When you checked availability a discussion of the fee for the day will have been agreed on. Half or 50% of that fee is required to retain the event booking. This fee is non-refundable after 15 days of being paid.

Fee Balance is due 10 days prior to the ceremony.

Terms and Conditions:

After carefully reading the terms and conditions, check the box below them to agree to these terms and conditions.

1.       I/we understand the 50% retainer fee confirms the booking, and that the retainer fee is non-refundable after 5 days from making the payment.

2.       I/we understand that the balance of the fee is due 10 days before the ceremony date. Payment will not be accepted on the day of the ceremony.

3.       I/we understand that our fees are transferable for up to 12 months due to a change in the ceremony date (ie. Serious Family Illness).

4.       I/we agree that the officiant much be included in the rescheduling to ensure his/her availability

5.       I/we understand the ceremony must start within 30 minutes of the contract start time.

6.      I/we understand the ceremony content must be submitted to the officiant no later than 2 weeks before the ceremony. If received after the deadline, special request or changes may not be able to be included in the ceremony.

7.       I/we understand that time of the ceremony on the contract cannot be changed without first contacting the officiant to ensure their availability.
